INTERNAL FAN ART! One of our wonderful in-house storyboard artists came up with this disturbing image of Wakeman and Vice Principal Razinsky. Why, I'm not sure. Posted by Hello

Recording Session!

Hey Roblog fans,
I sat in on a recording session yesterday to listen to the MLaaTR cast turn our words into comedy gold. It's really fun to watch them work as they make jokes between line readings and sometimes during line readings. Everyone there really liked the script, entitled "Tuckered Out" and the general concensus was that our Third Season stories have really been kicking butt. Woo-hoo!

ARMAGEDROID INSPIRATION! For those of you who didn’t see the new episode on Friday, it featured Armagedroid, a giant robotic menace, and Killgore, a tiny, wind-up menace. Armagedroid is Jenny’s largest foe to date and his design was inspired by two very disparate sources: The Chrysler building and the robot from “The Phantom Creeps” serial (1939). Strange, but true… and probably more than you wanted to know.

NEW EPISODE!!!!! Breaking News! We just found out that a brand new episode of MLaaTR will air TOMORROW, Friday night, in our new time slot: 7:00 PM. That's right, Teenage Robot will be starting off the night with a never-before-seen episode: "Killgore" and "Armagedroid." These are two of my favorite stories so please let your friends know about the time change and the all new episode! Hooray! Posted by Hello
FAN ART! Glen Wang sent this one in saying "Here Jenny is in a terrible predicament as the evil queen robot Vexus uses some kind of a crystal ball device to control poor Jenny as if the Blue Girl were a puppet!" Yikes!  Posted by Hello

TITLE CARDS AVAILABLE! The good folks at Frederator have posted a ton of the MLaaTR title cards online at http://frederator.kz/rez.php?album=20
I'm going to make the Wizzly World card the background of my desktop! (I was getting tired of that picture of Ernie mugging Bert anyway.)  Posted by Hello

CENSORED IMAGERY!!! I have no idea what episode this was from, but it's obviously not going to make it on the air. Someone left this storyboard page on my desk, no doubt hoping I would find a use for it on the blog. Sheldon fans, eat your hearts out! Posted by Hello

XJ9 COMETH! I don't know if any of you got to see the promos Nick did for MLaaTR episodes, but some of them featured pretend comic book covers that were pretty darn cool. I particularly liked this one, which you could barely see in the ad, because it's an homage to one of my favorite comics. Anybody know which one? Posted by Hello

IT'S ROBOTS DAY! Today the entire Teenage Robot crew is taking off at lunch to see the movie "Robots." We're all huge animation fans and hey, this one is about robots! But is it just me, or does that Robots character look a lot like a certain robot in our show? Same colors. Same pose. Same three-section torso design. Okay so he's only got one pointy aquamarine ponytail on his head instead of two, but I still smell lawsuit!!!!!!! :) Posted by Hello

ALEX KIRWAN FAN ART?!? Yes, here at Teenage Robot, we do our own fan art. Alex was here late last night, supposedly working, but instead he was drawing these quirky new interpretations of Brit and Tiff.  Posted by Hello

GANGSTER JEN. Fan art returns to the Teenage Roblog with a picture of Jenny you'll never see on the series. (Tobacco is Whacko!) But it's still fun to see other artists' interpretations. This is one Jenny I wouldn't want to run into in a dark alley. Posted by Hello

PIN THE PONYTAIL ON THE JENNY! When we party, we party hearty. Last night, our two newest P.A.'s, Kimberly and Amy, celebrated their own hiring with a cubicle warming party. Festivities included music listening, prize giving, and cupcake eating. They also helped keep the focus of the celebration squarely on themselves by asking every person who attended to bring them a charicature of Amy and Kimberly. Thanks ladies! Posted by Hello

WHOA! What in the name of MLaaTR is happening to XJ9?!? Sorry. Can't tell ya. You'll have to wait until the third season one hour special to find out.  Posted by Hello

THE MANY FACES OF XJWRITER. It seems only fair that if I subject Rob and Alex to the slings and arrows of the bloggers that I should be willing to do the same. Fire away. Posted by Hello
