SOMETHING YOU'LL NEVER SEE ON TV! Yes, it's yet another scene that has been cut during the storyboarding stage of production. A mean kid ties Jenny to a rocket and sends her off to her doom only to have Jenny turn the rocket around on the little brat. It was cut primarily because of time concerns, but also because it was the least funny of a sequence of four bits... and because it seemed too reminiscent of "Toy Story." But now you, the blog readers, can enjoy it in all its original splendor.

my guess is it's from an episode where jenny takes a babysitting gig.
Yipes, accidentally posting twice, and then accidentally deleting both of them! Anyway, what I was trying to say is the kid is a potential Darwin Award(TM) candidate, and that one of the reasons this is funny is the kid thinks he can take on Jenny, and then is honestly surprised when he can't. That's an award-losing lack of judgment.
