My Life as a Teenage Wakeman?

Greetings! While in retrospect 39 half-hours and 73 individual stories (I think) seems like quite an accomplishment, we had hoped to continue simply because we had more stories to tell. While there's still a few suprises in store in the tail-end of season three, there are a few sagas that will never be seen. Such as this one: Jenny was to travel back in time to fight side by side with her mother, a teen-aged rookie member of the Skyway Patrol. Alas, so much of Nora's mysterious history will forever remain locked away inside Renzetti's glossy dome.

man~~, the story about Jenny and teenage Nora Wakeman in the past buried deep in the treasure chest wihtout ever knowing how it is, what a waste. Seems like an excellent episode.

Sad, very sad. I would have liked to have seen that proposed episode.

Hmmmm..... maybe you can reincarnate the show as a comic book series?

you mean me or Mr.Rob Renzetti?

It is disappointing that the show seems to be ending, but I'm grateful it was made at all (unlike the cartoon adaption of 'skeleton key' which never even saw daylight). We're lucky to get an occasional flash of brilliance out of television such as MLaaTR.

R.Radna, where did you get the news about the unmade SKELETON KEY series? I heard there was going to be a cartoon adapation of JEEPERS CREEPERS for Cartoon Network. I also heard that Daei and Cartoon Network are going to make an animated series based on Gamera (since the LITTLE BRAVES is due out at the end of April in Japanese theatres).

I think I stumbled across some press release type stuff online back when it still looked like there would *be* an SK show. My understanding is that the creator of the strip and the network had creative differences.

I don't know much more about it than that, aside that if SK ever is animated, it doesn't look like it will be on Nick.

That sounds like a great idea for an episode. I'd really like to see and learn more about Nora's past.

Though I can already see from this picture that the teenage Nora wasn't quite as "nosy" as her older self haha!

That sounds like it would have made an awesome episode. I really wish the show wasn't being cancelled..but it will live on through the fans :D
Thanks for making such an excellent cartoon. I really appreciate what you all do at Fredorator Studios

I wanted to see that episode, (about Jenny going back in time and helping a teenage Dr. Wakeman) too.

Oh my gosh....that's flippin' cool!!!!!! I look EXACTLY like that!!!!!

I would rather have a episode just with Wakeman, and her life in a pre-XJ9 era.

I agree with you, Anonymous guy above me. I like Jenny, but Wakeman's the mystery character on the show. A shadowy past that should be revealed!

it would have been neat to find out about any parents

i had an idea for a story involving sheldons dad

i was going to call it father figure
about how sheldon in his youth saw his dad wearing a silver shell type outfit explaining why he was a big captain crush fan and how he came to build the silver shell

but having his dad go missing when he was little i dont think would have been allowed because there is no death allowed sheldon seems fatherless but all the kids seem without parental supervision
we only ever get to meet robot's parents

I pretty sure its unanimous consenses among all here that this story would've been amazing to see played out.

First off, its unfortunate that we never get to see into the past of Doc W. After the action seen in "Escape from Cluster Prime", her stories during the first "Armagedroid" episode, its obvious she was and is a real bad-ass.

Secondly, as a hard-core Sheldon fan I am intrigued by Lego Builder's idea. Sheldon may have started the Shell project in order to reconnect with his lost parentage, and then after used it to try to woo Jenny. This would enhance the feeling of Sheldon's character as a sort of suffering hero.

Finally, once again I say that we should never lose hope. As A-log said, it is not uncommon for high DVD and merchandise sales to resurrect a series (just look at "Family Guy").

Here's hoping that one day we will once again be able to return to Tremorton.

Excelsior!
