I've learned from experience that characters who will appear as a group should be designed as a group, a certain dynamic needs to be built right in from the begining. You'll note that even though all these characters have a similar attitude (sad), they each have a unique heighth and shape, and no individual is distractingly more detailed than the others. This way the group reads quickly as a unit, instead of a chaotic mass of individuals. Hopefully.
These special pose sketches give the animators more information about how to use the designs.

"For Charlotte!"
"You never went out with Charlotte."
"Eh, it's for the best; she would've dumped me anyway."
This group strikes a particular chord with me, and it ain't the evil.
Poor gang. I know, they're some shy and their blood pressure is down, but MAN they're fast:

How do I send in fan art? I'd send in pictures of all kinds of stuff, if only I knew how...
Do you want to post your fan arts yourself?
If you post yourself, you need to create an account (by example geocities.com) and then you can upload your files from your PC to the web and then check the web address or link where your uploaded file is (http://...) and publish it!

Ah, the Lonely Heart Club gang! They seemed almost pathetic until they tried to destoy Jenny in the end. Awfully violent for such an low key group. But it did give Sheldon a chance to shine.
For a lightly detailed group, they were all worked up nicely and even had their own personalities, especially the runt er, boss. I can see why he was lonely!
